1. Incorrect Product Received or Missing Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Inspection Responsibility:<\/strong>
When you receive your parcel, you must carefully check all contents, including any bubble wrap or additional packaging. Small items such as saline or disposable products may be placed within the packaging materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acknowledgment:<\/strong>
By accepting the parcel, you confirm that it is your responsibility to review all items before discarding any packaging materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Verification Process:<\/strong>
We record the packing process on video. If you report a missing or incorrect item, we will review these recordings. If our review confirms an error on our side, we will provide either a replacement or a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Evidence Requirement:<\/strong>
To evaluate your claim, you must submit an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Damaged Products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Notification Timeline:<\/strong>
Any report regarding damaged products must be submitted within 30 days of delivery<\/strong> to hi@koreabtx.com<\/a><\/strong>. Claims made after this timeframe will not be considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Required Evidence:<\/strong>
You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage. This material will be reviewed by our team and, if necessary, by the manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resolution:<\/strong>
If the damage is verified as a manufacturing or shipping issue, we will either replace the product or refund its cost. Shipping costs for approved replacements will be covered by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Buyer\u2019s Simple Remorse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Eligibility:<\/strong>
Returns based on buyer\u2019s remorse are permitted only if the return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Condition of Products:<\/strong>
Items returned must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and kept in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be declined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Product Expiration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Expiration Policy:<\/strong>
Products that have more than three (3) months of shelf life remaining<\/strong> at the time of delivery are considered acceptable. Refunds or replacements will not be granted for products that expire after remaining in the customer\u2019s possession for a prolonged period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers are responsible for being available to receive their delivery or arranging a new delivery time with the courier if necessary. If a package is returned because the recipient was unavailable, refunds or replacements will not be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
